The concept
During the days of RETREAT! you will be focusing on the love and cure of your spirit and body; you will embrace the space and the time, purify and strenghten your body and mind.
Your daily routine will be structured as below:
MORNINGS
- Early awakening, possibly facing the sunrise
- A light breakfast with juices, fruit, oats and special detoxing concentrated
- A gentle yoga session with Anna
- A break, a meditation
- A green and organic lunch outdoor, prepared bu the personal chef Benedetta with the local products of the region (and of our garden!)
AFTERNOONS
- Time to read, to walk, to discover: your afternoon will be dedivated to yourself! Read Virginia Woolf, visit a flea market in the closest town, ride an horse in the woodland of the Perigord Noir, simply lay in the sun by the pool.

EARLY EVENINGS
- At sunset time a second class will be organized by the teacher, in a different garden. Breathing excercises, a vyniasa flow and a meditation will softly follow the beginning of the night
- A lovely dinner indoor. Fresh ingredients, lots of greens and seasonal vegetables. The food choice will be ideally vegetarian, however other solutions can be organized on request.
NIGHTS
- Every night before bed time will follow 10 minutes if meditation.
The routine will suggest an early sleeping time, however guests are welcome to stay and relax together in conversation with mellow music and a hot herbal infusion.
