The aim of Retreat! is to combine health, energy and beauty to a daily routine to cleanse and reconnect with your body and mind.

A combination of smooth and soulfull activities will be organize each day during your stay.

We are flexible with dates! Please contact us if you would like to stay one day more ore one day less.. the important is to partecipate!

Food comprehends: breakfast, lunch and dinner from DAY ONE to DAY FIVE prepared in a healthy way and with organic and regional product with our lovely personal chef.

Classes & coordination includes a gentle mix of both yoga and pilates suitable for all levels of practitioner, combined by our wonderful and experienced Yoga teacher Anna and Pilates instructor Letizia.

Countryside walks, wine & cheese tasting, cycling, riding and kayaking and much more can be done during the day if you wish.. or you can just relax by the pool !
